The farm is certified organic since 2021 and this philosophy is reflected in the cellar: the wines are vinified naturally (indigenous yeasts) with a minimum of intervention in order to preserve all the authenticity of the grape varieties and soils. Therefore the harvest are manual to ensure a healthy harvest, to keep the berries intact, but also to prolong the life of the vines.
